The Studio Recording Workshop offers singers a hands-on introduction to the full recording process — from mic technique and performance mindset to collaboration with producers and music directors. By the end of the session, you'll walk away with a finished track and the tools to approach any studio session with confidence, skill, and clarity.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
In this immersive 3-hour session, you'll:

Record a full cover song of your choice

Learn studio etiquette and mic technique for professional results

Practice recording multiple takes, comping, and punching in

Explore performance psychology — how to translate live energy into a recorded performance

Build collaboration skills for working efficiently with producers and music directors

Gain industry insight to stand out as a polished, studio-ready artist
Capped at only five participants to ensure focused, individualized attention, each artist receives 30 minutes in the booth while others observe Ross's Logic Pro session for a behind-the-scenes look at the recording process. You'll also receive your individual vocal recording after the session.

These workshops are best suited for intermediate to advanced singers who are comfortable singing in front of a small group and are ready to work efficiently in a studio environment. You don’t need prior studio experience — just a solid foundation and a genuine commitment to the work.
