The Studio Recording Workshop offers singers a hands-on introduction to the full recording process.
From mic technique to performance mindset and collaboration with producers, you'll learn everything you need to deliver a confident, professional recording. By the end of the session, my goal is for you to walk away with not just a finished track, but a deeper understanding of how to approach any studio session with skill, poise, and clarity. Step into the booth and master the art of studio performance.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
In this immersive 3-hour session, you'll:

Record a full song of your choice

Learn studio etiquette and mic technique for professional results

Practice recording multiple takes, comping, and punching in

Explore performance psychology — how to translate live energy into a recorded performance

Build collaboration skills for working efficiently with producers and music directors

Gain industry insight to stand out as a polished, studio-ready artist
Capped at only five participants to ensure focused, individualized attention, each artist receives 30 minutes in the booth while others observe Ross's Logic Pro session for a behind-the-scenes look at the recording process. You'll also receive your individual vocal recording after the session.
These workshops are best suited for intermediate to advanced singers who are comfortable singing in front of a small group and are ready to work efficiently in a studio environment. You don’t need prior studio experience — just a solid foundation and a willingness to learn.
